Sell your apartment in Copacabana.
Copacabana is the deepest, most liquid apartment market on the Rio beachfront — four kilometres of it, from Leme under the Sugarloaf to the fort at Posto 6, and everything from a front-row apartment on Avenida Atlântica to a compact flat on the blocks behind. That range is the point: there is always a buyer at some price, which makes Copacabana one of the easier South Zone neighbourhoods to actually sell in, provided the apartment is priced and shown for what it is.
It's also the one neighbourhood where the sell-or-let question is live. Copacabana's round-the-clock tourism means a well-located apartment can earn as a serviced short-stay, so some owners are better off letting it — or running a sale and a nightly programme at the same time — than selling into a soft week. We manage rentals here as well as sell them, so we can model both honestly instead of only ever pushing the sale.
