Much of the interest we're now fielding comes from Europe — from buyers in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy and Spain who spent the last decade watching golden-visa programmes tighten or close. Portugal removed its property route in 2023; Spain wound its scheme down; the UK ended its investor visa in 2022. Brazil is one of the few large, stable countries that still lets a livable property purchase and a permanent-residency track travel together — at roughly a third of Portugal's old price.
