RIO DE JANEIRO — Art de Vivre (ADV), the boutique brokerage that has sold and managed luxury homes in Rio de Janeiro since 2011, today launches its new website at artdevivre.com.br. The platform brings the firm's sales mandates, short-stay rentals, neighborhood guides, building research and concierge experiences onto one site, in six languages, with prices that switch between US Dollar, Brazilian Real and Euro.
Founded by principal broker Charles Jonas (CRECI-RJ 009278/O), Art de Vivre is a hands-on firm that buys, sells and manages apartments and villas across Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Joá and São Conrado, plus the coastal destinations where cariocas keep second homes — Angra dos Reis, Búzios and Paraty.
