How it works
A real lease, handled properly.
Long-term leases in Brazil are contracts — six months or more, a formal agreement, and usually a guarantor or deposit. We handle the paperwork, the check-in and the hand-off in your language, so a lease from abroad is as simple as one signed down the road. Short nightly stays are a different thing entirely — those live on our short-stay page.
