Art de Vivre is a CRECI-licensed Rio brokerage that sells and manages luxury homes. We've been doing the same thing since 2011 — selling and renting a hand-picked set of apartments and villas in Zona Sul, the West Zone, and along the Costa Verde — and we don't plan to scale that into something else.
No franchise, no call center, no junior passing you along. Charlie answers his own phone, the rentals desk knows every apartment by name, and the same person who replies to your first email sees the deal or the stay through to the end.
