Delivered in 1974, during the building wave that followed the municipal regulations permitting taller beachfront construction in Zona Sul. Maison du Soleil's two-per-floor layout was an early statement that Leblon would settle into a lower-density, higher-ticket pattern than the buildings going up in Copacabana at the same time.
