New Year's Eve in Rio means free concerts on Copacabana, fireworks off the water and about 2.6 million people on the sand last year. If you want a home for it, the list below checks each home's calendar as the page loads. It shows whether the night of 31 December is free, how many nights the home asks for and what the stay costs, or the next date it comes free.

In Copacabana, the five-suite duplex faces the beach from Avenida Atlântica, with a private pool and a roof terrace. The Bali de Janeiro penthouse, also in Copacabana, sleeps six. Ipanema has a linear penthouse by the beach and a smaller two-suite penthouse. West of Leblon, the São Conrado villa sleeps ten with a sea view, and Vidigal has two apartments for up to four guests.
Each home sets its own minimum stay and rate over New Year, usually longer and higher than the rest of the calendar. The total on each card is for the stay shown, with fees and taxes included. Open a home to change the dates or the number of guests and you get a new price on the spot.
Sending a request costs nothing. Charles reviews it, confirms the dates, then sends a secure payment link. Only guests named on the reservation may stay at the property.
Last year both sides of Avenida Atlântica closed at 23:00 on 30 December, and from 21:00 on the 31st no vehicle could enter Copacabana at all. If you are staying in Copacabana, check in before the evening of the 30th. Homes in Ipanema, São Conrado and Vidigal are outside those closures. This year's plan is due in late December, and our guide will carry it.

What does a New Year stay cost?
Each open home shows a total for the stay listed, for two guests, with fees and taxes included. Rates over New Year run above the normal calendar, so the usual nightly price does not apply.
Can a big group rent together for Réveillon?
Yes. The Copacabana duplex and the São Conrado villa each sleep ten. Check the list to see whether they are open for your dates.

Can I see the fireworks from these homes?
