Once you arrive, we will show you how to enter and explain how the property operates. We will provide you with all the necessary information to make you feel at home! Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting anyone into the property. However, if you wish to invite friends over for lunch, dinner, or drinks, your guests must be announced at least 48 hours BEFORE your check-in. Overnight guests are, of course, prohibited.
In addition to the tenants, each guest must also present an ID to enter the building. Therefore, there will be a separate guest list.
No one will be allowed into the building unless announced before your check-in.
Parties are, of course, prohibited, as is loud music after 10 PM.
Please respect the following rules.
You may access the property from 3:00 PM. Those arriving earlier may leave their luggage at the building reception until 3:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed in our presence before 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. We may relax these rules depending on the number of reservations we have before or after yours.
We will need copies of all tenants' IDs so we can prepare a list that we will leave at the building entrance for your access. This is for your safety and that of the residents.
Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting other guests to the property. However, if you wish to invite friends for lunch, dinner, or drinks, your guests must be notified at least 48 hours BEFORE your check-in. Overnight stays are, of course, prohibited.

There are good supermarkets in Rio, such as Zona Sul, Pão de Açúcar, or Mundial. You can easily find them online. Most deliver. If you wish, we can do your shopping before your arrival. This service costs R$150.
Cleaning is done once a week and is included in the price.
Sheets and towels are changed once a week. Please bring your own beach towels.
Our sheets and towels are white; if they are returned very dirty or stained, a laundry fee will be charged.
ATTENTION: Do not use tinted sunscreen or self-tanner. The towels we provide should not be used to remove makeup.
When returning from the beach, please remove sand from your feet and legs. It is forbidden to enter the building without a shirt.
Upon arrival on check-in and check-out days, please be careful with your bags in the elevator.
It is very important that these guest rules are respected, as this is a residential building where peace and tranquility reign among neighbors.
You will be fined if these rules are not respected.
