You will need to provide us with copies of the IDs of all tenants so that we can prepare a list that we will leave at the building entrance for your access. This is for your safety and that of the residents.
Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting anyone else into the property. However, if you wish to invite a few friends for lunch, dinner, or drinks, your guests must be announced at least 48 hours BEFORE your check-in. Overnight guests are, of course, prohibited.
In addition to tenants, each guest must also provide ID to enter the building. Therefore, there will be a separate guest list.
It will not be possible to enter the building with anyone who has not been announced before your check-in.
Parties are obviously prohibited, as is loud music after 10 p.m.

Please find below the rules for renting with ADV.
We ask that you provide us with the exact composition of your group, i.e., the number of men, women, and children who will be staying at the property. For security reasons, it is also necessary to provide us with a copy of each tenant's ID. This information will allow us to prepare a list that will be posted at the entrance of the building to guarantee your access and ensure the peace and quiet of the other residents.
Access to the property is possible from 3:00 PM. If some of you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the building reception until the scheduled check-in time. Check-out must be completed in our presence before 11:00 AM on your departure day, unless otherwise agreed upon depending on bookings before or after yours.
Regarding guests, tenants are strictly prohibited from freely inviting people to the property. However, if you wish to have a few friends over for lunch, dinner, or drinks, you must inform us at least 48 hours before your check-in and also provide us with a copy of each guest's ID. A separate guest list will then be prepared for them to access the building. Your guests are obviously not allowed to stay overnight. No unannounced person will be allowed to enter the building after your check-in.
Parties are prohibited, and loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
For your groceries, you will find good supermarkets in Vidigal, easily accessible online and most offering delivery service. If you wish, we can also do your grocery shopping before your arrival; this service is charged at 150 reais.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided . However, we kindly ask you to bring your own beach towels. The provided linens and towels are white; in case of significant stains or soiling, you will be charged for cleaning. We also ask that you do not use our towels to remove makeup or apply tinted or self-tanning sunscreens.
After the beach, it is essential to remove the sand from your feet and legs in the bathroom located in the parking lot behind reception before entering the building. It is forbidden to enter the building without a t-shirt. On check-in and check-out days, we also ask that you be careful with your luggage when using the elevator.
These rules are very important as this is a residential area where peace and quiet and good relations among neighbours are valued. Any violation will be subject to a fine.
