The kitchen, designed for epicureans, is fully equipped: microwave, television, traditional and Nespresso coffee machine, water filter, two refrigerators, and two industrial ovens—everything you need for convivial and refined meals.
To accommodate families or groups of friends, an additional bedroom with three single beds increases the total capacity of the house to 12 people (additional charge available upon request).
You will need to provide us with copies of all tenants' IDs so that we can create a guest list, which we will leave at the entrance of the building for your safety and that of the residents.
Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting anyone into the building. However, if you wish to invite friends for lunch, dinner, or drinks, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. Overnight guests are, of course, prohibited.
In addition to tenants, each guest must also present ID to enter the building. A separate guest list will therefore be created.
No one will be allowed to enter the building without prior notice.
Parties are, of course, prohibited, as is loud music after 10 p.m.

Please respect the following rules.
You will be able to access the property from 3:00 PM. Those arriving early can drop off their luggage at the building reception until 3:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed in our presence before 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. We may relax these rules depending on the number of reservations we have before or after yours.
We will need copies of the IDs of all tenants so that we can prepare a list that we will leave at the building entrance for your access. This is for your safety and that of the residents.

There are good supermarkets in Rio, such as Zona Sul, Pão de Açúcar, or Mundial. You can easily find them online. Most of them deliver. If you wish, we can do your shopping for you before your arrival. This service costs 150 reais.
Housekeeping is done once a week and is included in the price.
Sheets and towels are changed once a week. Please bring your own beach towels.
Our sheets and towels are white; if they are returned very dirty or stained, you will be charged the laundry fee.
CAUTION: Do not use sunscreen with tints or self-tanners. The towels we provide should not be used to remove makeup.
When returning from the beach, please remove the sand from your feet and legs in the bathroom located in the parking lot behind the building reception.
It is very important that these guest rules are respected as this is a residential building where peace and quiet reign among neighbors.
You will be fined if these rules are not respected.
